Zinga with Bristle Blasters - Compact On Site Galvanising

The Bristle Blaster is a lightweight portable machine used to carry out repairs and modifications before applying Zinga paint - a cost effective and versatile cold applied galvanising system using liquid anode technology. The whole system can be easily carried by one suitably trained rope-access worker removing the need for heavy air-compressers.

Product Description

The Bristle Blaster machine allows quick regalvinising for a much reduced cost. Dust and noise levels are much lower than with normal compressed air-blasting (although safety equipment such as goggles should still be worn). The machine can be carried in a special belt holster along with two tins of zinc aerosol or zinc liquid paint and brushes, without the need for heavy compressors and blast media on site.

Zinga protects longer than hot dip galvanising at the same dft. It is extremely versatile and can be applied on site to any size of surface from the smallest nut to large bridges.

It can be recharged, later applications fusing with the first coat to form a single layer. It is highly resitant to mechanical abrasion and has excellent adhesion qualities. It can be applied on damp surfaces or in extreme temperatures and is weldable to x-ray quality.
